GENeRAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />The purpose of these photogrammetric services is to <br />provide the mapping and cross-section data required to <br />prepare a floodplain information report for use in the <br />administration of the floodplain areas. The contractor <br />shall consider the terms of these specifications <br />binding unless otherwise provided in the memorandum of <br />instructions. The contractor shall be responsible for the <br />professional quality, the technical accuracy, and the <br />coordination of all designs, drawings, and realized <br />specifications in the photogrammetric field. The <br />contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct <br />or revise any errors or deficiencies in his designs, <br />drawings, and other services. The contractor agrees to <br />provide all materials and labor and shall obtain the rights <br />of ingress and egress for the performance of work as <br />delineated by the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB) . <br /> <br />"'"- (. <br /> <br />II. LOCATION <br /> <br />The area to be mapped is shown on the attached map. <br />(See Attachment F.) <br /> <br />III. SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />A. Photography. Photography shall be undertaken only when <br />well-defined images can be obtained. Photography shall <br />not contain shadows caused by topographic relief and <br />sun angle whenever such shadows can be avoided during <br />the time of year the photography must be taken. <br />Photography shall not be undertaken when the sun angle <br />is less than 30' above the horizon. Crab or drift <br />shall not affect more than 10% of the 9" x 9" negative <br />width for any 3 consecutive photographs. Tilt shall <br />not exceed 3' for a single exposure. All photo-control <br />data shall remain shown in the photo-print margin. <br /> <br />501 <br />S/mspc <br />
