These monuments may count as part of <br />the to be set as long as they are not <br />closer than 1 mile nor more than 3 miles <br />apart. $ <br /> <br />4. * Prov ide sets of black and white 9" x 9" <br />contact prints on Kodak Medium-Weight Po1y- <br />Contact Rapid RC Paper (N/MW) or its <br />equivalent as approved by the ewCB. $ <br /> <br />5.* Provide a photographic index map of contact <br />prints on reproducible mylar and sets of <br />black and white prints of the index map. $ <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Provide set of field notes for all ground <br />control and monument surveys, including: <br />level notes, horizontal notes, and USGS <br />and/or USC&GS vertical and horizontal <br />control data used. Closures for vertical <br />and horizontal surveys and any adjustment <br />to these shall be clearly indicated. The <br />cost of the ground control survey shall be <br />included in this item. <br /> <br />7.* <br /> <br />Provide set of black and white prints of <br />the pencT1~ manuscript. The cost of map <br />compilation shall be included in this item. <br /> <br />B. Provide digitized cross-section information <br />for ,cross sections as delineated on the <br />pencl1ed manuscript or contact prints. <br /> <br />a. Provide sets of tabulated cross- <br />section aata. <br /> <br />b.
