<br />. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT C <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE ITEMS <br /> <br />The following schedule shall be submitted to the contracting <br />agency and to the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) by the <br />contractor. No proposals for photogrammetric services will be <br />considered that do not quote prices on all individual items <br />within the schedule. These cost quotations shall be considered <br />as the contractor's final commitment for performance of work. <br />This schedule shall be attached to the contract of the successful <br />contractor. <br /> <br />Items marked with an asterisk shall be submitted to the ewCB <br />for review and approval prior to the contractor proceeding with <br />the next phase of the project.
