<br />upon completion of the contract, all materials and data <br />used by the contractor for preparing the topographic maps <br />shall become the sole property of the contracting agency. <br />These materials and data shall include any and all <br />negatives, diapositive plates, survey notes, computations <br />of the horizontal and vertical control network, field ties <br />for permanent monuments, and other pertinent materials. <br /> <br />VI. SELECTION PROCESS <br /> <br />The ewCB will select the firm deemed to be most highly <br />qualified, based upon an evaluation of the information <br />submitted in the contract proposals related to the <br />fOllowing items: <br /> <br />A. Experience. Experience of your firm on previous <br />proJects comparable in scale, size, land features, and <br />other conditions to the above proposed work. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Equipment Owned bX Bidder. Equipment your firm <br />currently owns an w111 use if awarded the contract. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Equipment Owned by Others. Equipment owned by others <br />that your f1rm would plan to use. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Supervisor. Name, professional registration, <br />qualif1cat1ons, and experience of the individual who <br />will be responsible for organizing, planning, and <br />supervising the work. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Personnel. Names, qualifications, and experience of <br />personnel who will perform the work. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Completeness of Proposal. <br /> <br />1. The horizontal and vertical ground control system <br />and panel layout proposed for the project shall be <br />submitted with the proposal. <br /> <br />2. The methodology to be used for performing the <br />photogrammetric services shall be explained. <br /> <br />3. All required attachments shall be submitted with <br />the proposal. <br /> <br />G. Lowest Cost. Lowest cost commensurate with the quality <br />of the work as quoted and described in Attachment C. <br /> <br />-10- <br />
