Our base contract is directly with the State of Colorado through the <br />Colorado Water Conservation District. In order to complete the work for this project, our fees <br />will need to exceed the base contract. It is our understanding that Logan County has funds <br />available to cover our expected overruns. At this time, it is difficult to determine total fees <br />since the environmental work that may be required is not known at this time. It is our <br />recommendation that we proceed with the work on the assumption that additional fees will be <br />made available from the County on a time and materials basis with a not-to-exceed without <br />prior authorization cap of $4,000.00.
