<br />TABLE 6 <br /> <br />Approximate Information Which Has Not Previouslv Been Desimated <br /> <br />The Cache la Poudre River righl bank overflow in Ibe vicinity of Shields Streel and Taft Hill Road <br /> <br />Cache la Poudre River overflow between Shields Street and College Avenue <br /> <br />The Cache la Poudre River left bank overflow in Ibe vicinity of Prospect Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information contained in said report for the stream <br />reaches listed in Table 6 is based on detailed hydrologic analyses; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County, Colorado, has requested the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board to designate and approve the floodplains set forth in the aforesaid <br />new report; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County, Colorado, has not requested <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board to rescind any of the detailed floodplain information contained in <br />Resolution No. 305; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, requires the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to assist in the prevention of floods and flood damages therefrom; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sections 31-23-301 and 30-28-111, Colorado Revised Statutes, provide that <br />legislative bodies oflocal jurisdictions may provide zoning regulations for land uses on or along any storm <br />or floodwater runoff channel or basin only after designation and approval by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, directs the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to designate and approve storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins and to make <br />such designations available to legislative bodies of local jurisdictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Tables 1,2 and 4 <br />meets all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for <br />the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" <br />(2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board has determined that the <br />previously designated detailed floodplain information listed in Table I needs to remain in effect and that <br />the previously designated floodplain information listed in Tables 2 and 4 needs to be rescinded; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Table 3 does not <br />meet all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for <br /> <br />9 <br />
