<br />the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" <br />(2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report for the stream reaches listed in Tables 5 and 6 <br />meets all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations <br />for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in <br />Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board has determined that the <br />previously designated floodplain information listed in Table 5 does not need to be rescinded; <br /> <br />NOW, TIffiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular <br />meeting assembled in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, this 8th day of July, 1996, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report, revised March 18, 1996, for the study <br />reaches listed in Tables I, 2 and 4 and does hereby rescind those portions of the previous Resolutions <br />listed in Tables 2 and 4, and that it does hereby designate and approve as approximate floodplain <br />information the 100-year floodplains as described by the floodplain delineations in said new report, <br />revised March 18, 1996, for the study reaches listed in Tables 5 and 6, and that it does leave fully in effect <br />the previous designation and approval of the detailed floodplain information for the study reaches listed in <br />Table 5; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the SecretaIy of the Board is directed to send a certified copy <br />of this resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County; the City of Fort Collins; the <br />Town of Timnath; the Town of Wellington; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; the U.S. <br />Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of <br />the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at G1enwood <br />Springs, Colorado, on the 8th day of July, 1996, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />9-uk.r ti . ~~.- J <br /> <br />+ Daries C.
