<br />WHEREAS, Engineering Professionals, Inc., under contract to the City of Fort Collins, completed a
<br />floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Plan, Spring Creek, Fort Collins, Larimer
<br />County, ", dated March 1988; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Spring Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Fort Collins, by
<br />Resolution No. 305, adopted on January 19, 1990, designated and approved the detailed floodplain
<br />information included in said report and rescinded Resolution No. 204; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Larimer County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas, Volumes 1-3 ",
<br />revised November 17, 1993; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek, for Boxelder
<br />Creek Overflow Channel, for the Cache la Poudre River and for Cache 1a Poudre Interstate Highway 25
<br />Divided Flow and for other streams and approximate floodplain information for various streams; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Larimer County, by Resolution
<br />No. 94-350, adopted on January 20, 1994, designated and approved the detailed floodplain information
<br />included in said report and rescinded portions of Resolutions Nos. 29 and 53 for the Cache la Poudre River
<br />and a portion of Resolution No. 205 for Boxelder Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Wellington, Colorado, Larimer County", revised December 3,
<br />1993; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek and for Coal
<br />Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of Wellington, by
<br />Resolution No. 94-384, adopted on November 4, 1994, designated and approved the detailed floodplain
<br />information included in said report and rescinded Resolution No. 129; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report
<br />entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Fort Collins, Colorado, Larimer County", revised March 18,
<br />1996; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek Overflow
<br />Channel, for the Cache la Poudre River and various overflow paths, for Cooper Slough, for Sherry Drive
<br />Overflow from Cooper Slough, for State Highway 14 Overflow from Cooper Slough, for Dry Creek and
<br />for Spring Creek and approximate floodplain information for Boxelder Creek, for the Cache la Poudre
