<br />WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the Federal Insurance Administration,
<br />completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Wellington,
<br />Colorado, Larimer County", dated August 1978; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek and for Coal
<br />Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of Wellington, by
<br />Resolution No. 129, adopted on January 31, 1979, designated and approved the detailed floodplain
<br />information included in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the Federal Insurance Administration,
<br />completed a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
<br />Larimer County", dated January 1979; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Dry Creek, for Spring Creek and
<br />for Spring Creek Overflow; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Fort Collins, by
<br />Resolution No. 139, adopted on May 18, 1979, designated and approved the detailed floodplain
<br />information included in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County,
<br />completed a floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Planning, Dry Creek, Fort
<br />Collins, Larimer County, ", dated April 1980; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Dry Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Fort Collins and
<br />Larimer County, by Resolution No. 203, adopted on January 7, 1983, designated and approved the
<br />detailed floodplain information included in said report and rescinded that portion of Resolution No. 139
<br />relating to Dry Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract to the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County,
<br />completed a floodplain information report entitled "Major Drainageway Plan, Spring Creek, Fort Collins,
<br />Larimer County, ", dated August 1980; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for Spring Creek; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Fort Collins and
<br />Larimer County, by Resolution No. 204, adopted on January 7, 1983, designated and approved the
<br />detailed floodplain information included in said report and rescinded that portion of Resolution No. 139
<br />relating to Spring Creek; and
