Use it to verify that <br />all required plan components are included and complete, <br /> <br />Legal Authorities <br /> <br />Does your State plan: <br /> <br />J Include the legal basis in Federal and State law and also the Federal and State regulations that <br />implement the laws, including: <br /> <br />. Federal financial regulations? <br /> <br />. Federal insurance requirements? <br /> <br />. State financial regulations? <br /> <br />. Plocurement code? <br /> <br />. The Governor's executive orders? <br /> <br />.
