Bridl!e Oneninl!s Clear of Debris <br /> <br />What: Develop a snagging and clearing plan for when flood inundation occurs. <br /> <br />Who: Town Public Works Director and Delta County emergency services staff. <br /> <br />When: By August 28, 2002 <br /> <br />Supporting Agencies: Delta County, Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board, Colorado Office of Emergency Management. <br /> <br />Budget: County and City operating to be reimbursed by the State's Disaster Assistance Fund, <br />if available. <br /> <br />Note: The City of Delta should keep track of all expenditures. Accurate financial records will be <br />essential when the community seeks reimbursement for emergency operations. <br />We should attempt to make record-keeping, on projects, project assignments, as specific as <br />possible. <br /> <br />C. Budget <br /> <br />Elements of the plan are proposed to be funded in a variety of ways: <br /> <br />1- Operating Funds will be used for the maintenance and small project implementation. <br />2- Line item appropriations will be used for matching funds and to aid in capital <br />improvement projects. <br />3- Outside funding is being pursued for the river studies, notification and large capital <br />improvement projects. We are using FEMA funds from Project hnpact as well as funds <br />from the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br />
