<br />1. All uses and activities shall be pernitted within
<br />the Flood Plain Overlay District to the same extent
<br />that they are permitted by an underlyinS zone dis-
<br />trict, so long as the same arc not in conflict with
<br />the restrictions set forth in Paragraph B. above.

<br />2. Any land use activity which changes the location,
<br />elevation, or hydraulic characteristics of the 100
<br />Year Flood Plain as authorized in an officially
<br />approved Urban Drainage and Flood Control District

<br />Any road or bridge constructed by the Colorado
<br />Department of Highways, any branch of the Federal

<br />when uncertaken in connectio~ with a plat approved
