I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

9

IV. RESULTS OF HYDROLOGIC ANALYSIS
Runoff hydrographs for the 2-, 5-, 10-, and lOO-year existing and future
conditions at the north Airport boundary for the Hayesmount and Tributary and
Box Elder Basins are given in Figures 11 through 22. Tables 4 and 5 give peak
flows for each design point for existing, and future with airport conditions.
There is no major difference between existing and future conditions for Box
Elder Creek Basin because of minimum development for future basin conditions
within the study area. Figures 23 through 28 sho~1 the discharge-probabil ity
profile for Hayesmount Gulch and Tributary, and Box Elder Creek. In general,
Hayesmount Gulch Basin, Hayesmount Tributary Basin, and Basins 78 through 82
have major differences in now rates between existing and future basin con-
ditions due to the increase of imperviousness because of proposed Airport
facil ities. The rest of the basins have less difference in flow rates for
existing and future conditions because of similarity in land use.
