<br />John has been a Land Development Consulting Civil engineer for 30 years in Colorado and is noW;
<br />a co-owner of Carroll & Lange, Inc., a 140-employee civil engineering and land surveying
<br />company. John is District Engineer for Bowles Metropolitan District, a special district that "
<br />maintains open space and detention facilities within the Grant Ranch community. He supervised
<br />the design, construction staking and contract administration for the Grant Ranch development.

<br />Mike has served seven years on the Greenwood Village City Council, and is the Greenwood
<br />Village representative on the Authority Board. Mike has recently been active on the Authority
<br />Budget Subcommittee with the charge to optimize the revenue stream available to fund capital
<br />improvement projects to improve water quality in the Cherry Creek Reservoir, a task he is very
<br />comfortable with as a Certified Financial Planner for small businesses. Mike has been very active
<br />in recreational issues, especially in the area of trails and parks.

<br />John has over 20 years of experience in stormwater management planning. He is responsible for
<br />preparing watershed master plans, conducting water quality monitoring assessments of receiving
<br />waters and stormwater treatment systems, and assisting local governments with regulatory issues
<br />related to implementation of stormwater management plans and programs.

<br />Lavanya has been with Brown and Caldwell for 5 years, and works with databases and other ,Ii
<br />software fools to make GIS data, water quality data, inventory lists, and other documentation
<br />interactive and easily accessible to users. Lavanya developed components of the Model
<br />Emergency Response Program for the Colorado Wastewater Utility Council that included
<br />emergency response process protocols, flowchart, and mapping components, using data from th,e
<br />districts within the Cherry Creek watershed. At the present time, Lavanya is developing various
<br />informational forums and educational workshops of behalf of the Cherry Creek Basin Water
<br />Quality Authority.

<br />For 30 years, Larry has created, implemented, and managed the Colorado Water Conservation
<br />Board's floodplain management and flood protection program. He is co-manager for the Colorado
<br />Drought & Water Supply Assessment to determine the best plan to ensure statewide water needs
<br />are met. Larry is the Project Manager for an independent review of a Site Specific Probable
<br />Maximum Precipitation (PMP) Study for the Cherry Creek Reservoir that was originally completed
<br />by the National Weather Service on behalf of the u.s. Army Corps of Engineers. Larry is a
<br />founding member of the CO Association of Stormwater & Floodplain Managers. Although Larry
<br />has a P.E. in both Colorado and Nebraska, he cheers for the CU Buffs at the annual
<br />Colorado/Nebraska game.
