<br />56 <br /> <br />(c) Modifications: <br />(1) Planning: In the event that a proposed development lies within <br />a sub-basin and basin that has not been studied as provided in Sec- <br />tion 21.05.03(b), the owner/developer shall in addition to other <br />fees required by these subdivision regulations and this Section <br />21.05, pay to the city (or county) one hundred percent (100%) of <br />the estimated cost as calculated by the city (or county) engineer <br />of completing the drainage basin and sub-basin Initial Drainage <br />Study for the basin and sub-basin in which the subdivision is <br />located. The owner/developer shall be entitled to an adjustment for <br />this planning fee as provided in Section 2l.05.02(c). <br />(2) Construction: In the event that a proposed development lies <br />within a sub-basin and basin that does not have a master drainage <br />plan and the adoption of a master drainage plan for that sub-basin <br />and basin is not scheduled for within six months from the time of <br />subdivision application, the owner/developer shall design and con- <br />struct all required on-site and off-site drainage facilities in <br />accordance with the latest adopted drainage facility plan. <br />21.05.04 Off-Site Drainage Fee (ODF): <br />(a) Project Cost Calculation: <br />The cost estimate prepared in the Initial Drainage Study for the <br />viable drainage plan for the sub-basin or basin shall be the "project <br />cost" of the necessary sub-basin or basin drainage facilities. <br />(b) Division of Project Cost: <br />The "project costs" for the sub-basins calculated in the Initial <br />Drainage Study for each shall be divided into Special Costs and General <br />Costs in proportion to the reduction of flood damage liability that <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
