<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 7th day of Januar.y, 1983, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas tHose areas described as being <br />inundated by a 1 DO-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tnat the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to s"end a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Limon; the Board of County Commissioners of Lincoln County, <br />the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service; <br />and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregotng is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation BOiOlrd in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 7th day of January, 1983, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />Jf/~ ~ <br /> <br />William McDonald, Secretary <br /> <br />
