The staff requests that the Board give <br />verbal notification of its intent to take designation and approval action on the 4-volume study at <br />its July 1995 meeting and that the Board direct the staff to prepare letters of notification for the <br />affected local governments, to be signed by the -,r of the Board. A "Proposed Motion" is <br />presented below: ~ <br /> <br />.Proposed Motion <br /> <br />The Board, having reviewed the Board memorandum surrunarizing the 4-volume <br />Floodplain Information Report and the proposed action to designate and approve said report, now <br />moves as follows: to notify all of the affected local governments, as listed in the Board <br />memorandum, of its intent to consider approval and designation as approximate IOO-year <br />floodplains the information presented in subject study, and to direct the staff to prepare letters <br />of notification of the proposed designation and approval action on behalf of the Chair of the <br />Board, such letters to be mailed no less than 45 days prior to the July 1995 Board meeting to the <br />affected local governments, as listed in this Board memorandum. <br /> <br />Motion By <br />Second By <br />For <br />Against <br />
