Nine of the thirteen <br />working group members indicated their intent to remain in the area for over ten years and six <br />indicated they planned to stay in the area over twenty years. <br /> <br />Eight factors were considered for siting the reclamation facility and were defined as foUows: <br /> <br /> <br />.
