<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said revised <br />information and data and does hereby recommend to the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board that the Board designate and approve <br />as floodplain areas those areas inundated by a lOa-year flood <br />(intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and 'profiles in said new report, and further <br />recommends that the floodplain designation for a portion of <br />Coal Creek commencing at the confluence of Boulder Creek, <br />running thence upstream to point 3700 feet upstream of Perry <br />Street as approved by the previous resolution adopted <br />January 19,1977, be rescinded; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, <br />Colorado, this lIth day of February, 1981, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described <br />as being inundated by a lOa-year flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report <br />for Coal Creek, and does hereby rescind said portion of the <br />resolution adopted November II, 1977; and <br /> <br />. BE IT FURTHER RESQLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Town of Erie; the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County; <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County; the U.S. <br />Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service; the <br />Federal Insurance Administration; and the Urban Drainage and <br />Flood Control District. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled <br />at Denver, Colorado, on the lIth. day of February, 1981, at <br />which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />
