<br />l:''l -, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Larry Lang <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />CONFIDENTIAL <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />The applicant must obtain, comply with and provide copies <br />to the CWCB of all required federal, state and local <br />permits. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />The applicant must obtain appropriate insurance related <br />to its use of the easement and include the CWCB as an <br />additional insured on all its insurance policies associ- <br />ated with the easement in an amount which at a minimum <br />equals the amounts specified in the Colorado Governmental <br />Immunity Act. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Consideration for the easement shall be the market value <br />for the use of the subject property. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />The CWCB may impose additional conditions depending on <br />the nature of the proposed easement. <br /> <br />2. Request the applicant to send the CWCB all pertinent informa- <br />tion related to the proposed easement, including diagrams/maps <br />indicating the location of the easement and of any structures <br />proposed to be built on the easement (we will need precise <br />maps and diagrams to use as exhibits to the easement <br />documents) . <br /> <br />I also want to remind you to write Waste Management a letter <br />in response to its letter of January 19, 1995, informing it that it <br />does need an easement from the CWCB for its proposed "drainage <br />improvements.
