Bassi ~ <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Linda <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />October 13, and October 17, 1995 Meetings on South Platte <br />River Development Requests <br /> <br />To confirm the outcome of our meetings last Friday and this <br />Tuesday, the following summarizes our conclusions and recommenda- <br />tions regarding the issues we discussed ("Request #' s" refer to the <br />list of requests on your memo of October 10): <br /> <br />We agreed that these requests can be grouped as follows: <br /> <br />1. Easement request which meet the requirements of ~24-82- <br />201, et seq. lOB C.R.S. (1988). <br /> <br />We agreed that, until the Board has developed regulations <br />or guidelines, each of these requests will be presented <br />to the Board for its approval. In addition, an easement <br />form will be developed which can be easily modified with <br />my assistance for all subsequent requests. The following <br />requests will be handled under this procedure: <br /> <br />a. Request from the City of Englewood [#2] for an <br />easement for installation of a water line. Englewood's <br />proposal for transferring two water taps to CWCB, etc. is <br />not acceptable. If you will provide in writing the <br />specific information (location, term requested, special <br />
