<br />(2) The Frisco Town Council has power to enforce these <br />regulations as provided by Section 31-16-101, Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, and may restrain and prevent occupancy of <br />said building, structure or land and require correction as <br />provided in Sections 31-23-30l( 1) and 31-23-308, Colorado <br />Revised Statutes. <br /> <br />97-10. Amendments. <br /> <br />The requirements, restrictions and boundaries set forth in these <br />regulations may from time to time be amended, supplemented, changed or <br />repealed in accordance with the procedures set forth below: <br /> <br />A. Amendments to the requirements or restrictions of these regulations <br />or to the boundaries on the Official Maps and any adopted reports <br />or supporting materials shall be officially made by the Town <br />Council only after such changes are reviewed by the Frisco Planning <br />Commission; legal notification to the public; official approval and <br />designation of the base flood data by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board; review by the Federal Insurance Administration; <br />publication in full of the ordinance adopting such maps and <br />supporting materials; filing of not less than three (3) copies of <br />such adopting ordinance with the Town Clerk at least fifteen (15) <br />days before the public hearing; and a public hearing. <br /> <br />B. After adoption of such maps and supporting materials, at least one <br />(1) copy of the adopting ordinance shall be kept on file with the <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />FloodRev/codes <br /> <br />Page 21 <br />
