Love & Associates, Inc. is <br />currently revising the FIRM for all of the City, including North Clear Creek, Gregory <br />Gulch, and Chase Gulch, and developing an overall Drainage Master Plan for the City. <br /> <br />The principal project team will consist of Roger Peterson, Ph.D., P.E. as Project <br />Manager, and Nancy Donner, Civil Engineer. Both team members have extensive <br />experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and design. Roger is intimately <br />familiar with the hydrology and hydraulics of the City of Black Hawk and surrounding <br />areas for he has acted as the City's drainage engineer for seven years. Nancy Donner has <br />extensive experience with TR-20 and other hydrologic modeling obtained as an engineer <br />with the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection in the State of <br />Wisconsin, as well as other hydrologic models. Both hold PE licenses in Colorado and, <br />combined, have well over forty years experience in hydrologic and hydraulic design. <br />Roger holds both an M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering and Hydraulics from <br />Colorado State University. Please refer to the resumes of these two individuals in the <br />back of this report. <br /> <br />The project team will be supported by other members of Love & Associates, Inc., <br />including David J. Love, P.E. as Principal Engineer and Richard (Dick) T. Smith (Senior <br />Project Manager). Dick Smith worked with the Soil Conservation Service and the <br />Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control for more than 30 <br />years and taught a review course in TR-20 while in the SCS. Love & Associates has the <br />latest user version of TR-20, including the new Beta version for Windows operating <br />system which we are evaluating. <br /> <br />FIRM'S CAPABILITIES: <br /> <br />We have previously stated in this document the engineering services available to you as <br />provided by Love & Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />Size and Discipline of Technical Staff: <br /> <br />As stated previously, Love & Associates IS comprised of eleven highly skilled <br />professionals.
