His areas of expertise include hydraulics, Iiydrology, civil, <br />stonn drainage, flood control, master planning, recreation engineering, environmental design, \-vctland mitigation <br />design, in-stream water quality and habitat improvements, road design, water supply, sewerage, and subsurface <br />drainage. David is an expert in river geomorphic analysis and design. David has been a guest lecturer at the University <br />of Colorado at Bou]der in the colleges of Civil Engineering, Journalism and Environmental Design and has taught <br />construction inspection schoo] to City of Boulder Public Works employees. Due to his unique approach in forging <br />functional engineering solutions with environmental and aesthetic concerns, David has been a featured speaker at <br />several professional conferences.
