Enclosed with this letter is a copy of a letter from <br />Bill Sterling, dated February 27, 1978 and a copy of a Lakewood <br />City Council Resolution 78-25. These will serve as your specific <br />direction for the Phase B effort. <br /> <br />Per our agreement, you have 90 calendar days to complete the <br />Phase B study. This schedule requires submittal to the District of <br />a specified number of copies of a draft Phase B report for review <br />by June 1,1978. The final Phase B report should be a single- <br />vo 1 ume format as outl i ned in my memo of September 12, 1977.
