<br />~" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />n <br /> <br />maps JCelative to those portions of Sanderson Gulch and North Sanderson <br />Gulch within the City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such revised and additional flood plain information <br />repor t::s, technical appendix and flood hazard area maps have been' <br />revie~ed by the staff of the Board, taking into account the basin 'and <br />floodplain changes and the, application of synthetic methods and tech- <br />nique s for hydrologic and hydraulic detailed analysis, and the staff <br />does ~ereby recommend to the Board to rescind and revise the resolution <br />adopted by the Board on January 12, 1971, relative only to Sanderson <br />Gulch and North Sanderson Gulch within the City of Lakewood, which <br />desigrtated and approved the flood hazard areas as set forth in the <br />Corps of Engineers I Flood Plain Information Report, Volume V, and to <br />desigLlate and approve the flood hazard,areas set forth in the Frasier <br />& Gingery report and technical appendix, dated August 1972, and flood <br />:hazard area maps, dated April 1973, on the basis that the areas shown <br />are representative of the floodplain conditions as derived from the <br />water surface elevations of the intermediate regional flood flows at <br />the t:Lme of the detailed analysis; <br /> <br />MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Con- <br />servation Board in regular session assembled in Denver, Colorado, this <br />4th day of December, 1974, that it does hereby rescind and revise <br />that portion of the resolution adopted on January 12, 1971, relating <br />to the flood hazard areas set forth in the previous information reports <br />covering Sanderson Gulch and North Sanderson Gulch within the City of <br />Lakewood; and ' , <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board does hereby designate and approve as flood hazard areas those , <br />areas which would be' inundated by an intermediate regional (100 year) <br />flood as set forth in the Frasier & Gingery report, Volumes i and 2, <br />and technical appendix, dated August 1972, and the flood hazard area <br />maps, amended, thereto, dated April 1973, covering Sanderson Gulch and <br />North Sanderson Gulch within the City of Lakewood; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the City of <br />Lakewood and to the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. <br /> <br />~ E R T I <br /> <br />F I CAT E <br />------ <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the Colorado' <br />Hater Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Denver, <br />Col?~!:do, ,on t,he, z.,th day of De<;:el11ber 197f!.. ,.u' -. , <br /> <br />---~'~' / <br />~~ //;:~,.(::'.'U/Z.;h~ ' <br />FELDf- L.
