<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />VACANCIES IN FUNDED PROGRAMS <br /> <br />When the State learns that a Federally funded program position is <br />to becomes vacant, notification should be made to the Regional <br />Office as soon as possible. <br /> <br />Prior regional approval, as specified below, must be obtained: <br /> <br />RIM&C <br /> <br />(1) Vacancies shall not be filled without the approval <br />of FEMA. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(1) Approval of RPP job description and qualification <br />standards prior to hiring of personnel. <br /> <br />(2) Vacancies shall not be filled without the approval <br />of FEMA. <br /> <br />PPP <br /> <br />(1) Approval of PP Planner job description prior to <br />formalization. <br /> <br />FS <br /> <br />(1) Approval of Shelter Surveyor job description prior <br />to formalization. <br /> <br />(2) Vacancies shall not be filled without the approval <br />of FEMA. <br /> <br />EMT <br /> <br />(1) Approval of exercise and training job description <br />prior to formalization. <br /> <br />(2) Vacancies shall not be filled without the approval <br />of FEMA. <br /> <br />CAP <br /> <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br /> <br />prior <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(3) Vacancies shall not be filled without the approval <br />of FEMA. Minimum skill level must be evidenced by <br />presence of verifiable capability to completely perform <br />activities specified under at least one of the <br />identified priority tasks, excluding program <br />coordination tasks as determined by FIA. <br /> <br />
