During both meetings, Tom Browning made introductions, explained the purpose of the meeting, reviewed legislation supporting the designation process and described the designation process, . The County requested that additional streams be studied, These streams include: . Howard's Fork near Ophir . Leopard Creek . Big Bear Creek . Lower Naturita Creek Tom indicted that he would add these to the State's request list. .
