FEMA, DWR, USACE, EPA, NRCS, <br />Bureau of Reclamation (BORI. and other agencies should work with local <br />levee and irrigation districts to provide design and maintenance <br />information on watersheds. <br /> <br />WM-3 Implement sediment control by buDding sediment basins. Mallllge soil <br />resources through proper grazing use, urban development and timber <br />mallllgement. <br /> <br />RCD and NRCS can assist local jurisdictions with stormwater. erosion <br />and sediment control by developing uniform requirements for agricultural. <br />suburban and urban areas, <br /> <br />Convene a team of DWR, RCDs, NRCS, CFSA, USFS, BaR. Bureau of <br />Land Management (BLM) representatives and others as a resource <br />management planning group to conduct watershed sediment <br />assessments and develop watershed conservation measures.
