Contact the Colorado Office of Emergency Management and arrange for state aid. I I 2. Contact Colorado Water Board to assist in flood documentation, Le., high water marks, rainfall amounts, hydrographs, etc. 3. Contact the Governor's Office. 4. Begin structure-by-structure damage assessment as soon as water has receded and it is safe to proceed. 5. Take photographs of flood damage and effects on local facilities. Remove Mud' and Debris. Contact the following ! agencies for assistance 1. Black Hawk Public Works, Central City Public Works and County Public Works. 2. Colorado National Guard. 3. Local and state contractors.
