This <br />assessment will determine what recovery <br />activities will be required. Begin structure-by-structure damage assessment <br />as soon as water has receded and it is safe to <br />proceed. <br />5. Take photographs of flood damage and effects on <br />local facilities. <br /> <br />Remove Mud' and Debris. Contact the following <br />! agencies for assistance <br />1. Black Hawk Public Works, Central City Public <br />Works and County Public Works. <br />2. Colorado National Guard. <br />3. Check with Red Cross on the numbers of <br />homeless and determine needs for shelters, food <br />and supplies. <br />2. Check with local hospitals for assistance. <br />3.
