Using the boom truCk, hold the alarm gage in position <br />against the wingwall or bridc;E!. <br />3. Attach the, gage to the 1,.,ingwall or bridge using mounting <br />brackets. <br />4. Attach the, floats to the rc,d. <br />float electrica.l cable. <br />5. Attach a piece of 3/4" plywood to the back of the alarm <br />shel ter. Thi;; will be u.sed 1:0 mount both the alarm dialer <br />and the phone jack. <br />6. Mount the ll.larm Dialer on the plywood. <br />7. Hook the float cables to 1:he alarm dialer. I.eave <br />feet of extra cable to permi,t lowering the floats and <br />connections. Connection should be made as follows <br />Ademco 612 Alarm Dialer is purchased: <br />a. Attach t:he positive lead of the lower normally open <br />(N.D.) float s.ritch to terminal 1- <br />b. Connect t:he positive lead of the middle normally closed <br />(N.C.) float s.ritch .to the neqative lead of the lower float. <br />c. Attach the negative lead of the middle (N.C.) float to <br />terminal 4 (common grounCl). <br />d. Attach t:he positive l'~ad of the upper (N.D.) float <br />switch to terminal 3. <br />e.
