<br />2.2. Details For Topographic Mapping Sheets: Requirements for the <br />Topographic Base Mapping are as follows: <br /> <br />2.2b. Final hardcopy mapping shall be produced on 24-inch by 36-inch <br />mylar with standard title block (CWCB approved), scale, north arrow and <br />borders. The net area of the topographic mapping on the sheet shall be 22 <br />inches by 34 inches. <br /> <br />2.2c. Each map shall include topographic detail compiled to the required <br />accuracies. Countour interval for the mapping shall be 2 feet. Topographic <br />mapping shall clearly depict buildings, trees, edges of roadways, and edges of <br />all water features. <br /> <br />2.2d. Each final sheet shall be joined and referenced with sheet numbers <br />to adjoining sheets (where required). <br /> <br />2.2e. Each map shall have the Colorado State Plane Coordinate Grid <br />System with grid lines spaced at 5'" intervals. <br /> <br />2.2f. Each map shall be labeled to show the location of horizontal <br />coordinates, vertical control points, recovered or identified section comers with <br />symbols and section comer numbers, principal drainage names, numbered <br />roads and street names. <br /> <br />2.2g. Each map shall contain photography source and date, source of <br />control, scale and north arrow. Each sheet shall be oriented so that the north <br />arrow is pointed upward, when practical. <br /> <br />2.2h. Topographic mapping shall be accurate in accordance with the <br />National Standards of Map Accuracy as established by the Army Map Service <br />and the U.S. Geological Survey. <br /> <br />2.3. Certification of Computer Media: All delivery media (diskettes, <br />etc.) for computer data shall be certified by the Contractor to be free of known <br />viruses. Name(s) and release daters) of the virus scanning software used to <br />analyze the delivery media shall be fumished to the Govemment at the time of <br />delivery. The release or revision date of the virus scanning software used shall <br />be the current version which has detected the latest known viruses at the time <br />of delivery of the media. If analysis of delivery media by the Govemment finds <br />evidence of virus infection, the media will be retumed to the Contractor. The <br />Contractor shall re-submit the media at no cost to the Govemment. <br /> <br />2.4. Rights -of -Entry: The Contractor shall obtain his own Rights-of- <br />Entry, where required,to complete the field control surveys. If problems are <br />encountered in obtaining Rights-of-Entry the Contractor shall notify CWCB <br />Project Manager immediately. <br /> <br />2.5.0 Completion: The Contractor shall complete the work and make <br />final delivery of all required data as stated below. Should errors be <br />encountered with the requested digitized data or with the topographic mapping, <br />the Contractor shall correct and resubmit corrected data within a reasonable <br />time specified by the CWCB Project Manager based on the complexity of the <br />error. <br />
