<br />1.3e. The Contractor shall provide one (1) set of black and white contact <br />prtnts of the aertal photography. All contact prints shall be made on double <br />weight paper with semi-matte finish. Contact prints shall be delivered flat and <br />trtmmed on all sides with the fiducial marks retained. <br /> <br />I.3f. Upon completion of the mapping data and acceptance by the CWCB <br />Project Manager, the Contractor shall retain all backup data that was <br />generated to produce the mapping until requested by the CWCB. The backup <br />data shall include, but not be Himited to, ortginal aertal film, diapositives, <br />manuscrtpts, negatives, control photos, aerotrtangulation computations, field <br />books and all other matertal not previously delivered. <br /> <br />1.4 Topographic Mapping: The topographic mapping for the two <br />project areas shall be produced using existing U.S.G.S. hortzontal and vertical <br />control and/or Geopositioning Survey. <br /> <br />I.4a. In the event there is more imagery than is required in the area <br />delineated, the Contractor shall extend it to the limits of the required mapping <br />area of the final design files. Each design file shall include a small key index <br />showing the relative location of each sheet within the overall project area. The <br />final images shall have a uniform color tone density, and a degree of contrast <br />which will cause all details to show clearly in the dark tone areas and in the <br />high, as well as in the half-tone, between dark and high light. <br /> <br />1.5. CADD Files: All digital mapping data shall be provided as Auto <br />Cadd Release 12 digital files. Limited planimetrtcs to include edge of water <br />features, buildings, fences, trees, and roads are required. The design files shall <br />comply with the discipline specific provisions for drawing file layer assignments <br />as specified by the latest version of the Tri-Service A/E/C Cadd standards <br />(available at http://tsc.wes.mi1) Auto Cadd files shall also comply with <br />methods and quality of workmanship such as line colors, line weights, and line <br />types to permit satisfactory, clear and legible reproduction at 1/2 scale. <br />Lettertng on the drawings shall not be smaller than 1/8" actual size. Layertng <br />of topographic, and spot elevation data shall be edited to eliminate overlapping <br />of data. The Contractor shall deliver one(I) sets of Auto Cadd files on 3.5" high <br />density floppy disks. <br /> <br />2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br />2.1 Field Control Surveys: Field surveys to establish photo control <br />points shall ortginate from 1st, 2nd, or 3rd order control established by NGS, <br />USGS or Corps of Engineers. Geopositioning Survey (GPS) may be utilized to <br />establish ground control. The ground control coordinates shall be based on the <br />UTM Coordinate System, Zone _ and NAD 83 (1988). Modified coordinate grtd <br />system may be used. Elevations shall be based on NGVD-88. Any questions or <br />problems conceming vertical datum and grid system shall be coordinated with <br />Tom Browning, at 303-866-3441 prtor to commencement of field work. Upon <br />successful completion of aertal photography, the Contractor shall remove <br />panels. Panel points (rebar and cap) shall be retained. <br />
