Wehave <br />stopped all work related to this project. <br /> <br />As you can see, the project delays were beyond our control since the requested surveying was not delivered until October <br />19, 1999; and a substantial change in the project design was requested by Morgan County on July 21, 1999. As to the project <br />coordination. this responsibility clearly did not rest with WRC as provided for in our contract with the County. WRC used <br />the M&S Standards of CDOT to prepare the construction documents for the Weldona Project as per the scope of services. <br /> <br />We are sorry that you took tlie action to termina"'.e1he contract, and1lt1he-sametime w~are respectful of your decisions <br />and actions.
