<br />VERSION 1.0 1/12/95 <br /> <br />TUTORIAL <br /> <br />PRINT MENU <br /> <br />The Print menu controls printing of the Summary page, the Report, and <br />any or all of the graphs included in the Benefit-Cost Program. The <br />Summary page contains a one-page compilation of all of the data inputs <br />which affect the numerical benefit-cost results. The Report is a print- <br />out of the Data and Results screens from the Benefit-Cost Program, <br />without the Help buttons and without the bright color shadil)gs. <br /> <br /> <br />~~{I,~~~!i?~~,;,:~~f!:~~q~~ga,,~:i:~~~J~~~~~~~~~~~)1;~l[,~~~:~~: <br />:{mt'if fi';:l1amaes:nefore'Mltratioh!~~ <br />_.111 <br /> <br />Click on the Print menu label to access the printing options. The <br />program will automatically display the range of available choices to <br />print. Click the mouse button on the appropriate item in the Print menu <br />to print any desired item. <br /> <br />TO END THE <br />TUTORIAL <br /> <br />After completing the tutorial session, please EXIT from the tutorial <br />Benefit-Cost Program. <br /> <br />To save your tutorial example: <br />First, save your work (if desired) with a new name, by using the <br />Save As... command described above in Chapter 3. <br /> <br />To close the tutorial file: <br />Click on File then click on Quit. <br /> <br />To conduct another benefit-cost analysis: <br />Use the mouse to move the cursor to File and hold down the left <br />button. Then highlight Qpen... Open the new file, either <br />BC_EXAMP.WB1 or BC_BLANK.WB1. as described in the <br />section, OPENING FILES on page 3-2. <br /> <br />If you don't want to do another benefit-cost anaiysis: <br />Click on File, then click on Exit to leave Quattro Pro and retum <br />to Windows. To exit from Windows, click on Elle, then on EXit. <br />The screen will display a dialog box with "This will end your <br />Windows session." Click on OK to return to a DOS prompt. <br /> <br />4-17 <br />
