This value is the "bottom line" - the calculated <br />benefits of the project - corresponding to all oHhedata inputs made <br />previously. <br /> <br />Project Costs YELLOW Block (Result). The program displays $53,205 as the total <br />costs of the proposed mitigation project. <br /> <br />Benefits Minus YELLOW Block (Resuit). The program displays ($16,513) as the <br />Costs difference between the Project Benefits (I.e., the present value of total <br />damages and losses avoided) and the total Project Costs of the <br />mitigation project. This result indicates that for the particular project <br />evaluated the benefits are less than the costs by $16,513. <br /> <br />Benefit-Cost YELLOW Block (Result). The program displays 0.69 as the ratio of <br />Ratio benefits to costs for the proposed mitigation project. This means that <br />each $0.69 in benefits from the project carries a cost of $1.00.
