The one hundred year peak flow <br /> <br /> <br />will be based on a fully developed land <br /> <br /> <br />use in the basin as indicated by the <br /> <br /> <br />Comprehensive Future Land Use Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Cross Section of Federal Aid Sheets, Plate 3, showing: <br /> <br /> <br />(a) Adequate field cross sections of the one <br /> <br /> <br />hundred year flood plain, at one (I) inch <br /> <br /> <br />equals five (S) feet vertical and hori- <br /> <br /> <br />zontal scale, or as required by the <br />Engineering Department. <br />(b) The one hundred (100) year high water line. <br />3.
