Violations of the provisions of the Flood Plain <br /> <br /> <br />Zone District will be treated the same as any other <br /> <br /> <br />zoning violation. <br /> <br /> <br />5. If said Special Permit use lS approved, the Bent <br /> <br /> <br />County Planning Committee and Board of County <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners shall give written notice to the <br /> <br /> <br />applicant of the following: <br /> <br /> <br />la) The fact that the proposed structure will <br /> <br /> <br />be located in a flood prone area and if <br /> <br /> <br />the variance is granted the structure <br /> <br /> <br />will be built at the applicant's risk and <br /> <br /> <br />applicant shall assume full liability <br /> <br /> <br />for damages incurred. <br /> <br /> <br />(b) The number of feet that the lowest floor <br /> <br /> <br />of the proposed structure will be below <br /> <br /> <br />the elevation of the Intermediate <br /> <br /> <br />Regional Flood level. <br /> <br /> <br />Ic) The fact that flood insurance rates will <br /> <br /> <br />be increased commensurate with the distance <br /> <br /> <br />below the Intermediate Regional Flood level. <br /> <br /> <br />Said notice shall be attached and made a <br /> <br /> <br />part of the building permit received by <br /> <br /> <br />the applicant. <br /> <br />SECTION VI: AD~~N~MENTS TO FLOOD PLAIN ZONE BOUNDARIES <br /> <br />A.
