The generalized
flooding causes damage to business, residential, agricultural, and commerce properties resulting in
costly repairs. Wtth a joint cooperative effort from all government entities involved we can reduce or
eliminate some of these problems. It is my opinion that the work being proposed will greatly benefit all
concerned and alleviate most of the drainage problems we are experiencing at these locations.

If! can be of further assistance, please contact me at (719) 384-7597.

~?Ea w~

Hwy Mtce.
