<br />In the prevlOUS Boulder study, flows in the Bluebell Canyon Creek and <br />Kings Gulch bas ins were to be diverted to Boulder Creek and were not <br />included in the Skunk and Bear Canyon Creek calculations. Therefore, <br />the remaining flows are 11 to 44 percent lower due to the inclusion of <br />existing channel and overbank storage. <br /> <br />,~ <br /> <br />A Type 19 Flood Insurance Study is being prepared for the unincorporated <br />areas of Boulder County (Reference 17).
