Meeting Schedule

The purpose of the meeting was to report on progress on the Outfall Planning and Flood Hazard Area
Delineation Study for the lower First Creek Watershed.

Alternative Report
TC&B received comments on the alternative report from UDFCD and Commerce City (verbal). TC&B
will review and address these comments. Commerce City, Adams County and R.J"lA will provide written
comments to UDFCD next week.

FHAD
Survey Status - The survey of existing channels in DFA 0055 has been completed and the data is in the
process of being incorporated into the FHAD modeling.

Railroad Embankment - Currently the flow split from 104'" and 1-76 flows in a northwest direction. This
flow appears to be intercepted by the railroad embankment. This flow may split, with some overtopping
the railroad embankment and the remainder flowing out of the basin to the north. TC&B will conduct a
further investigation of this and report at the next meeting.

Other Items
Hydrology report - An IGA is being finalized that identifies detention basin volumes upstream of the
study area. UDFCD has been coordinating with the City of Aurora to reconcile flow rates that will be
included in the IGA. UDFCD has re-run the baseline model using as-built information for the ponds built
with the E470. The revised model will be provided to TC&B for inclusion in the report. Additionally
TC&B will report the detention volumes and inflow and outflow from the detention ponds upstream of
the study area that were modified by UDFCD.
