TC&B would only make minor refinements in the future land use for the area
downstream of Pena Blvd. Existing land use will be defined for the entire basin and verified by recent
Landiscor aerial mapping.

(5) Land Development Projects

The Martin / Martin changes in the SWMM model, upstream of Pena Blvd, will be incorporated into the
overall First Creek SWMM model. In addition, the model will incorporate the E.470 corridor detention
basins.

(6) Next Meeting/Adjournment

Two of three proposed detention cells upstream ofE-470 on Tributary T have been constructed and
should be included in the "Base" model. David M. will provide TC&B with basin storage discharge
characteristics to be included in the SWMM model for these detention areas.

Sub-basin delineations will be revised along the 1-76 corridor and checked against the 2.foot contour
mapping.
