All pages preceding the introduction should be numbered <br />using italics. <br /> <br />All narrative information should be printed on the front and back of each page. <br /> <br />the top and side margins should be one inch and the bottom margin should be <br />one and one-half inches. The page number should be three quarters of an inch <br />from the bottom and centered. <br /> <br />Line spacing for the text of the report should be one and one-half spaces. <br /> <br />All tables should be placed in sequence with the text, rather than at the end of <br />the chapter. Tables should be numbered by chapter number and by order of <br />presentation. For example, the fIrst table in Chapter I would be Table I-I. <br /> <br />Figures may be placed at the end of the chapter in which the figure is first <br />presented or in sequence with the text Either method may be used by the <br />placement of figures will be the same in each chapter of the report.
