Financial Feasibility <br /> <br />The fmancial feasibility of a proposed project is measured by the ability of the project <br />sponsor to repay all of the reimbursable costs associated with the project. In general, this <br />requires a description of fmancing arrangements and of the sources and uses of funds for <br />the entire period of debt retirement. DetaLed financial analyses are generally conducted <br />only for feasibility-level planning. <br /> <br />B-4 <br />
