<br />TABLE 4 <br />Detailed Information Which Is Consistent With Previouslv Prepared Detailed Information <br /> <br />Stream Reach Previous Desienation <br />Coal Creekfrom the southern corporate limit a/the Town of Wellington FPR # 227 <br />upstream to/rom the northern corporale limit a/the Town afWellington at <br />Colorado Hil!hwav 1 . . <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Wellington, revised October 20, 1998, is <br />consistent with Resolution No. 94-350, and by reference with Resolution No. 96-431 and Resolution <br />No. 99481, regarding detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek within the unincorporated <br />portions of Larimer County but is inconsistent regarding floodplain information for Coal Creek <br />within the unincorporated portions of Larimer County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Wellington, revised October 20, 1998, is <br />consistent with Resolution No. 94-384 regarding detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Cieek <br />but is inconsistent regarding floodplain information for Coal Creek within the Town of Wellington <br />and, therefore, supercedes Resolution No. 94-384; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Wellington, revised October 20, 1998, is <br />consistent with the new floodplain report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Larimer County, Colorado, <br />Unincorporated Areas" dated March 23, 1999, which has not yet been designated and approved by the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, regarding detailed floodplain information for Boxelder Creek and <br />Coal Creek within the unincorporated portions of Larimer County; and <br /> <br />LOCAL REQUEST FOR DESIGNA nON ACTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Wellington, Colorado, has requested the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to designate and approve the floodplains set forth in the aforesaid new report and <br />has specifically requested the Colorado Water Conservation Board to rescind Resolution No. 94-384; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Wellington, Colorado, has not requested the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board to rescind any of the detailed floodplain information contained in Resolution No. <br />227; and <br /> <br />C.RS. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, requires the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board to assist in the prevention of floods and flood damages therefrom; and <br /> <br />4 <br />
