The floodplain management staff will continue to assist the <br />County by preparing a mitigation report as you requested. Tom Browning has been assigned as <br />the project manager/project engineer for the study. Our goal is to have a draft report completed <br />by January I, 1997 for final review. In the meantime, Tom will be working with the County, the <br />Buffalo Creek Coordination Committee, and other state and federal agencies to obtain <br />information and feedback during the preparation of the report.
