<br />NOW, THERl::l"ORE, BE 1'1' Rl::SOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver. <br />Colorado, this 15th day of May. 1987. that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described <br />as being inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Board of County commissioners of Clear Creek County. the Town <br />of Georgetown, the Colorado Division of Disaster Emergency <br />Services, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br /> <br />Q ~ R I 1 E 1 Q ~ I E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled <br />at Denver, Colorado, on the 15th day of May, 1987. at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />
