<br />Outl ined in Table 8 is damage curve information for each stream y/ith <br />commercial and residential properties calcu'lated separately_ There is no <br />structural damage caused by lOO-year flooding on Dry Cedar CI^eek, there- <br />fore, no tables are presented. <br />Property value information was prov-ided by the City of r~ontrose. <br />This information was in the form of 19'78 assessed va-lues, wh-ich are 30% <br />of market value. To obtain 1980 market values the 1978 assessed value <br />was multipl ied by 100/30 to obta-in the 1978 market price Vlhich was in- <br />creased by 38% to account for inflation of housing values, (Reference 8), <br />A graphical display of average annual damages for Montrose Arroyo <br />and Cedar Creek is presented in Figures 6 and '7.
