Reconnaissance and field survey to determine flow paths and <br /> <br />di rections of over-I and fl ow escapi ng from stream channels under <br /> <br />existing conditions. <br /> <br />B. Hydrologic investigation to determ-ine the effect of local urban <br /> <br />runoff on the proposed flood control alternatives. <br /> <br />C. Hydraulic determination of floodinc] from lO--year, 50-year and <br /> <br />lOO-year events under existing conditions. <br />D. Assessment of damages for thelO-year, 50-year and IOO-year floods <br />and calculations of average annual damages. <br />E. Conceptual design of flood control alternatives that would <br /> <br />all evi ate the fl oDd damages i n ~lontrose. <br /> <br /> <br />F. Preliminary design of the alternat-ive selected by the City of <br /> <br />t~ontrose . <br /> <br />G.
