<br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Don Weller, 2109-2119 Blake, had his lawn covered with one <br />inch of mud with clean-up costs of $ 120.00 <br />Jim Nelson, 804 23rd Street, had debris across the front part of the lawn <br />which required a day of clean-up time. <br />Donald and Judith McLain, 311 Crestwood Drive, had three inches of water <br />and mud in the lower part of their home. The entire back yard, back deck and <br />driveway were covered with mud, logs, and rocks. <br />Costs were: <br />Clean-up of yard, house <br />Replace carpeting, wash and clean walls, floors <br />Repair rock walls, remove mud, logs, debris from back yard <br />Lost wages $ 180.00 <br />Time spent 15 days <br />Dick and Sandy Whitton, 2118 Bennett Avenue, had 8 inches of mud, 5 feet of <br />muddy water in the basement (lowest level) and 5 inches of mud, 3 feet of muddy <br />water throughout the lower living level of a tri-level home. Outside there was <br />6 inches of mud in the back yard, 2-3 inches of mud in parts of the front yard, <br />erosion of the side yard, bushes and grass destroyed by foot traffic removing <br />personal property and mud from the lower living level. Damage included a broken <br />bathroom window, a broken lower panel of a storm door, broken door frame, a <br />blocked sewer line, ruined electrical outlets. Remodeling needed: replace <br />furnace, hot water heater, drywall throughout lower living area, all the doors, <br />replace carpeting, electrical outlets, vanity and shower stall. <br />Clean-up costs of yard, house $2,250.00 <br />Remodeling costs $9,792.00 <br />Damaged interior contents $2,500.00 <br />Overstuffed chairs were soaked, bedroom furniture had to be refinished, mattress <br />and springs replaced, some antique furniture was ruined as were radio equipment, <br /> <br />$ <br />$ <br /> <br />576.00 <br />639.00 <br />
